Off-campus study can be a deeply rewarding part of your academic career and a life-changing experience. About half of every junior class studies off campus, spending either a semester or a full year away. You can choose from more than 190 programs in more than 50 countries. Kenyon sponsors its own programs in England and Italy. There are also a number of programs that offer special opportunities elsewhere in the United States.
At Kenyon, our approach to off-campus study is based on intensive advising and a careful application process. The Center for Global Engagement works closely with you, to help you choose a program that meshes with your on-campus coursework and your major. We also connect you to professors who know the culture you'll be encountering, fellow students who have just returned from the same program - and, often, other Kenyon students who happen to be natives of the country where you're headed.
