The Harvard Club of Northeast Ohio (HCNEO) will present its annual multi-alumni-club art scavenger hunt at the Cleveland Museum of Art on Friday, April 12, 2019, starting at 6 p.m. The event will finish by 8:30 p.m. In the past there have been over 200 participants from more than 35 schools and they have invited Kenyon to be one of those schools.
All proceeds will go to provide funding for college expenses to outstanding graduating seniors in Cleveland public high schools. Awarded students can use them at any college or university. Last year, this event gave away $2,500.
Friday, April 12, 2019, 6 - 8:30 p.m.
Cleveland Museum of Art, 11150 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106.
Using photos of tiny sections of art works in the CMA galleries as hints, teams will compete to identify them. A team is any group of one to four people who decide to work together. Clubs can enter unlimited numbers of teams.
Participants will register in Classroom A in the lower level of the museum (follow signs from the front entrance and from the entry from level P2 of the garage). Participants will meet at 6:30 p.m. sharp in the atrium. At 6:45, participants will begin two seven-question hunts. The first perfect score team entry for each hunt will win a four-person prize. At 7:30, with the hunts completed, everyone will gather in the Atrium. While HCNEO board members determine the winners, participants can purchase drinks and appetizers from the museum bar. The museum closes at 9 p.m.
Tickets are $15 for adults and kids 12 and older. Kids 11 and under are free.
Please register online. After you have completed payment, you will be prompted for Guest Names and Organization (Kenyon).
