Health and dental insurance plans are not changing. A new vision plan will be offered beginning July 1, 2020.
All employees should review the information below and make decisions before June 1, 2020. The benefits that you elect during open enrollment will be effective from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. If you do not want to make any changes to your benefits, you do not need to do anything. If you want to make a change or add the vision plan you will need to complete the form and return it to Leah Miller in HR.
You will not be able to make changes to your elections until the next open enrollment of July 1, 2021, unless you experience a valid Qualifying Event.

Flexible Spending Accounts are renewed on an annual basis. If you wish to renew your FSA please complete this complete this form (PDF) by June 1, 2020.

Beginning July 1, 2020, a vision plan through VSP will be offered. You do not need to be enrolled on the health plan in order to elect the vision or dental plans. Teladoc services will be implemented beginning May 1st, 2020. There will be no changes to the Delta Dental plan. New ID cards will be sent to your home.

All participants in the health plan will receive new ID cards prior to May 1, 2020, with the Teladoc information.
