Kenyon has updated its plans for returning to campus, offering in-person and remote instruction. Read more here.
Some families prefer to pay tuition and other fees in equal monthly installments during the year. The College offers this convenience through a 4-month tuition payment plan each semester in 2020-21. Please note that the 8-payment annual plan is not available for 2020-21. The plans are administered by Cashnet.
The College does not have an internally administered partial-payment plan. The tuition payment plan allows you to pay College fees each semester in four (4) equal convenient monthly payments.
With the recent changes to our 2020-21 plans, Cashnet has withdrawn all families who enrolled in an 8-payment annual plan prior to July 15, 2020. Enrollment for the new fall 2020 4-payment plan is open here.
Even though the College credits the entire semester contract amount directly to the student's account, Kenyon only receives money from Cashnet as they receive payments from their clients. As a result, contracts must be kept current. All contracts, regardless of the date of enrollment, must be paid in full by the plan due date each semester. Fall contracts must be paid in full by Nov. 1, 2020; spring contracts must be paid in full by Mar 1, 2021. Contracts that are delinquent by two payments will be terminated by Cashnet, with late fees added to the balance due. Any portion of the unpaid contract balance previously credited to the student's Kenyon account will be charged back and is immediately due directly to Kenyon College. Terminated accounts will also be assessed a one and a half percent late payment penalty by the College.
