To keep the density of campus low, we have assigned students, largely by class year, to specific terms in residence. We have committed to this structure for the fall. We hope to be able to invite all students to campus for the spring, but if conditions do not improve we will invite juniors and seniors.

Aug. 17–25 | Initial add-drop period; sophomores, juniors and seniors will be able to make changes to their schedules through the enrollment change request form in Etrieve. This is in addition to the standard add-drop period for all students to be held the first week of classes (Aug. 31–Sept. 7).
Aug. 21–23 | Community Advisors and other approved students arrive
Aug. 24–25 | Sophomores, international students already in the U.S., other returning students approved to be in residence arrive
Aug. 26–27 | First-years and new transfer students arrive
Aug. 31 | Fall 2020 classes begin
Aug. 31–Sept. 7 | Fall 2020 add-drop period; all students will be able to make final changes to their schedules. This standard add-drop period is in addition to an initial add-drop period held Aug. 17-25 for sophomores, juniors and seniors.
