Finances
Questions about your financial aid or billing?Learn more about financial aid next steps, including the loan process and student employment. Bills for fall semester will be issued mid-July and are due August 15. Detailed information about billing, insurance and the K-card is available on the student accounts website.

Questions about your health form or available services?Learn more about the health history form, immunizations and student health insurance. You'll also find helpful advice about prescriptions as well as links to our counseling services.
Privacy and FERPA
What you need to know.Learn how student information is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and how to authorize the release of certain records, including billing information, to family members.
Accessibility and Support
Planning to request an accommodation?The Office of Student Accessibility Support Services coordinates academic and program accommodations. If you have a disability, SASS will work with you to determine reasonable accommodations. Be sure to complete the disability disclosure form in your admissions portal.
Technology
Questions about computers at Kenyon?Apple and Windows computers work equally well at Kenyon. Students may use computers in several public labs across campus, or they may checkout a MacBook Air from the Circulation Desk for short-or long-term use. Because high-speed public printers are available across campus, students do not need to bring a printer to campus, and we do not recommend their purchase.

Complete your new student forms.
Forms can be accessed via your Admissions Portal. View deadlines and learn more about how we use this information.
Access your Kenyon email address.
Your new email address will display in your Admissions Portal in late May.
Submit your photo for your K-card.
Detailed instructions are found with your new student forms in your Admissions Portal.
In June
Explore classes of interest.
Review “First Things First,” the curriculum guide designed especially for first-year students, which will be mailed to your home this month. Access the Searchable Schedule and learn how to bookmark courses of interest. First-year students register for courses during Orientation.
Send us any AP or SAT subject results.
Kenyon's college code is 1370. If you have taken courses at a college, please review Transfer Credits and Special Programs.
Watch for an email from the Office of Financial Aid.
Students admitted with financial aid will receive instructions and next steps in June.
In July
View your housing assignment.
This information will display in your Admissions Portal. If you are assigned a roommate, you'll receive that person’s name and contact information as well as your Gambier post office box number.
Request your final high school transcript from your counseling office.
Final transcripts should be sent by the secondary school to the Office of Admissions by July 15.
Log into Kenyon's Personal Access Pages.
You may update your personal information, including current name, gender identity, and pronouns in Banner. Visit the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion website for details.
Watch for a welcome email from your student orientation leader.
You'll hear from your student orientation leader in mid-July. The Office of Academic Advising will also email you in August.
In AUGUST
Submit tuition and fees payments by August 15.
Bills are emailed to students in mid-July.

If you plan to work on campus, review the list of acceptable documentation on page 3 of the I-9 Form (PDF).
Arrive at Kenyon for first-year move-in and Orientation
Move-in day is Saturday, August 22. More details and information for early arrivals can be found on the Orientation website.
