Robert Abbajay Scholarship Fund
Established in 1985 in memory of the late Robert Abbajay '85, by Beta Theta Pi fraternity, friends, and relatives. The income provides a scholarship awarded annually to an individual who, during his or her sophomore or junior year, has contributed the most in terms of leadership and service to his or her fraternal organization and the community at large. The recipient must also have maintained a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
John W. Adams Scholarship Fund
Established in 1995 by John W. Adams, father of Michael W. Adams, Class of 1993. The income provides a scholarship to attract able and promising students to Kenyon regardless of need, with preference given to entering students interested in history or English. Students selected receive the award over four years, and they may major in any area of their choice.
George I. Alden Scholarship Fund
Established in 1988 by the George I. Alden Trust of Worcester, Massachusetts. The annual income provides support to enable needy and promising students to attend Kenyon.
Donald G. Allen, M.D., Scholarship Fund
Established in 1991 in memory of Donald G. Allen, M.D., of the Class of 1917 by his wife, Katherine T. Allen. The income provides scholarship support for needy students in good standing.
Leland G. Allen Scholarship Fund
Established as a planned-gift scholarship through a bequest intention by Leland G. Allen, Class of 1937. The income will provide scholarship support to a student who is majoring in English or a related area of study.
Reginald and Bessie Allen Memorial Fund
Established in 1966 by Katherine Allen in memory of her parents, Reginald Allen, a long-time mathematics professor, and Bessie Allen. The income assists a student having exceptional promise in mathematics who is recommended by the chair of the Department of Mathematics.
C. Livingston Allis Memorial Fund
Established in 1934 by Mr. and Mrs. Clarence L. Allis of Wooster, Ohio, in memory of their son, C. Livingston Allis of the Class of 1934. The income supports scholarships for upperclass students.
Alper Family Scholarship Fund
Established in 2000 by Richard S. Alper, Class of 1971. The income supports able and promising minority students who could not otherwise meet the costs of a Kenyon education, with preference given to those in need from west of the Mississippi River.

Amelior Foundation Scholarship Fund
Established in 1986 by the Amelior Foundation of Morristown, New Jersey. The income provides annual scholarship support to enable deserving minority students to attend the College.
Ames Music Scholarship Fund
Established in 2004 by Douglas A. and Mary M. Ames, Class of 1980. The income is awarded annually, with preference given to deserving students majoring in music.
John W. Andrews Jr. Fund
Established in 1881 by the Honorable John W. Andrews of Columbus, Ohio, Honorary 1877, in memory of his son. The income supports the College's scholarship program.
John E. Andrus Fund
Established by the Surdna Foundation of New York City in memory of its founder, John E. Andrus. The income supports the College's scholarship program.
Anonymous Scholarship Fund
Established in 1999 by an anonymous gift. The income supports annual scholarships to deserving and needy students. Preference is given to minority, first generation, or other under-represented students. If needed, the fund may also be used to support programs that would assist in identifying and attracting deserving and needy students to the College.
Frances I. and Parker B. Arnett Family Scholarship Fund
Established in 2000 by the Frances I. and Parker B. Arnett Charitable Remainder Trust. The income is awarded to students majoring in English with preference for those with specific interests in British literature or literary theory.
Rollin I. Arnold Fund
Established in 1931 through the will of Rollin I. Arnold of Mount Vernon, Ohio. The income is awarded annually to a student from Knox County, Ohio.
Mrs. Raymond D. Ashman Fund
Established in 1958 by Mrs. Ashman of Cleveland, Ohio, mother of the late Raymond D. Ashman Jr., Class of 1949, a long-time trustee of the College. The income supports the College's scholarship program.
