Pre-Meeting Duties:

Complete committee assignments
Suggest and/or nominate alumni for Alumni Council and prize nominations

Typical meeting times and events, with some standing Agenda items:

Fall Meeting (often Homecoming Weekend):

Welcome new members
Committee announcements/assignments
Vote on Alumni Trustee nominations

Winter Meeting (last weekend in February):

Meetings with the Kenyon Fund Executive Committee (KFEC) and the Greek Alumni Leadership Council (GALC)
Choose award recipients
Hold the Senior Dinner, which welcomes seniors to the alumni community, and discuss some specific ways to help

Spring Meeting (Reunion Weekend)

Choose new council members
