Download All Student Submissions to an Assignment

In addition to viewing assignment submissions online or downloading them one at a time, you can download all submissions at once as a zip file.

1. On the course page, click on the name of the Assignment activity. The Assignment page will open showing a description of the activity and a summary of submissions.
2. Click the “View/grade all submissions” link.
3. Above the table  of submissions, at top left, in the “Grading action” menu, select Download all submissions. Submissions will be downloaded to your computer as a .zip archive. 
4. Locate and unzip the file.

Note:

• Moodle will prepend the students’ names to their files automatically.
• For online text submissions, you will get an .html file for each student's online text submission. You can open this in a browser or in a word processing application such as MS Word.
