Upon receipt of the official transcript, the Registrar will determine, based on the recommendations of academic departments, the awarding credit based on the college's Transfer of Credit policy. Please see the Course Catalog for the complete policy regarding Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate and other transfer credit.
Credit applied to a student record for Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate test scores cannot be used to satisfy the diversification requirement, but will be applied to units outside a student's major and toward the 16.0 units required to graduate. Credit may not be substituted for a semester of residence at the College.
Original (or official, not photocopied) documents submitted to substantiate such credit must be maintained in our files and cannot be returned to the student.
