The College requires a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence for public liability or higher. Further, it is required that Kenyon College be named as additional insured. This policy will be primary to any other coverage maintained by the additional insured when the sole negligence of the insured results in litigation in which the additional insured is also named as defendant. The additional insured will be provided with legal defense in accordance with the terms of this policy. The certificate must be completed, signed by your agent and returned to the Events Management Office at least (6) weeks prior to the arrival of the group.

As such, Client is liable for all damages resulting from participant utilization of the facilities and services provided by the College. The College assumes no responsibility for loss or theft of personal property, or damage to personal property of Client or any of its participants. Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the College, its offices and employees, against any and all claims for loss, injury or damage to persons or property, including claims of employees of Client or its agents arising out of activities conducted by Client or its guests on or in College buildings, properties, or facilities.
