The ability to host small gatherings comes with the responsibility of following the rules and regulations outlined in the Kenyon College Student Handbook. Those rules and regulations include adhering to the alcohol policy, capacity limitations and housing accountability standard.
First Year Resident Halls: Capacity ranges from 4 to 14 depending on the whether the room is a single, double or triple occupancy.
Upperclass Residence Halls: Capacity ranges from 4 to 16 depending on the hall and whether the room is a single, double or triple occupancy.

Being within the range of your residential capacity does not preclude you from being contacted by the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities if other provisions of the Student Handbook are violated.
