Jump links are hyperlinks at the top of a page that "jump" down the page to content that has the corresponding anchor name.
Place your cursor in front of the text you are jumping to and click the anchor button (circled in blue). For this example, we will jump to the phrase "Sample Text."
For this example we will use "sample" as the anchor name.
Once the anchor name is inserted, a small anchor will display in front of the words Sample text.
At the top of the page type "Jump to: Sample text" and highlight the words "Sample text."
The jump link has to be # followed by the anchor name:
