Kenyon's K-STEM program integrates students, faculty, and alumni in a community that promotes professional development in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) through mentoring and specialized workshops.
The K-STEM program has an emphasis on peer mentoring and professional development. Our program encourages students to discover opportunities in STEM fields while fostering their development as young professionals. We aim to build a diverse community - of students, faculty, staff and alumni - that will empower students to explore, define, and reflect upon their personal and professional goals. This community will facilitate awareness of resources on campus and beyond by sharing knowledge and experiences and by cultivating personal relationships. These relationships will form a professional network that extends beyond the Kenyon campus and will follow our members in all of their endeavors.
