What advice you might give to someone considering working at Kenyon? Give small town life a chance. It has its charms. It's a really beautiful area. Now, I like driving the rural routes, because there's little traffic and the scenery is just lovely. Also, all the parades and festivals can be fun. I still like to go to Columbus once or twice a month, but I also realized lately that I really love this part of the state, too.
Favorite local restaurant or activity: My favorite local restaurant is the Village Inn, though I quite like WineStein, a very nice wine bar in Mount Vernon. My favorite local activities are the Harvest Festival (October) and the Open Barn (April). I'm also a big fan of our local farmer's market and our new local foods store, Harvest @ the Woodward.
