The Graduation Fair for the Class of 2020 has been postponed.
The Graduation Fair for the Class of 2020 previously scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., in the Peirce Hall atrium has been postponed due to the College's adjusting operations in light of the escalation of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to shift, we are evaluating a reschedule date. Information will be updated accordingly.
At the Graduation Fair, seniors can sign up for their cap and gown, order graduation announcements, hear about Senior Week activities, peruse class ring options and learn about other services available to seniors.
A few weeks after the start of the spring semester seniors will be sent a form to submit to order their cap and gown. They will also have an additional opportunity at the Grad Fair to sign up for their cap and gown, which have already been paid for as part of the senior fee on the December tuition bill.
Seniors can also have their senior portrait taken at the fair, which can be purchased later after reviewing the photos (the sitting is free). Class rings, diploma frames and announcements can be purchased at the fair or students can just pick up information for later. There will be staff members to answer any questions about graduation.
Information will also be available about free services offered to seniors by the Career Development Office, Advancement and the Offices of Student Engagement and Residential Life.
