Jillian began work as the assistant director for first-year residences in the fall of 2017. She oversees the day-to-day management of the first-year residential area, including Mather, McBride, Gund, Norton and Lewis Halls. She works closely with the associate director of new student programs to support first-year and transfer students in making a successful transition to life at Kenyon.
Before coming to Kenyon, Jillian worked in residential life and chaplaincy at the College of Wooster. She graduated from Ashland University in 2009 and completed a master's degree in college student personnel at Bowling Green State University in 2011.
Jillian enjoys reading, vegetarian cooking, and spending time her family and three cats: Wesley, Moey and Olive Nermal.
