The recommended programs coordinate well with a Women's and Gender Studies major, however students are not limited to choosing from these programs: a full list of approved programs is available at StudioAbroad.

Planning to go Off-Campus

First Year

• Begin taking a language if you hope to study in a country where the official language is taught at Kenyon.

Second Year

• Continuing taking a language (many programs require 3-5 semesters of language)
• Attend the Off-Campus Study (OCS) Sophomore Day and OCS Info Day hosted by the Center for Global Engagement (CGE) 

Third Year

• Choose courses in consultation with your advisor 
• Go on Off-Campus Study

Fourth Year

• Integrate your newly acquired OCS knowledge with your senior coursework
• Explore ways to Continue Your Off-Campus Study Experience

Please Note: While enrolled in a program in a non-English-speaking country, students must take a language course in the primary modern language of that country.
