Unity House serves to offer a supportive, educational, social and cultural environment in order to enhance awareness and acceptance about gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning and ally concerns throughout the Kenyon community. The Crozier Center for Women values diversity. It strives to educate the campus about women and gender differences through meaningful interactions with students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Crozier distributes literature that reinforces its mission to offer a safe space for all genders.
Crozier's programming includes Take Back the Night, Queer Women’s Collective, and Dessert and Discussions. Many of the members serve as Diversity Advisors and on the Beer and Sex Peer Education Program.
The Center for Global Engagement promotes international diversity at by offering a multitude of study abroad programs, providing orientation programming for international students, and organizing host families throughout the year.

Kenyon Interfaith Partnership (KIP) promotes relationships and mutual understanding among communities of different religious and moral traditions and supports the programming of individual student organizations. We work to encourage interfaith cooperation and exploration while promoting respect for religious life in the pursuit of the liberal arts.
The Center for the Study of American Democracy promotes political diversity and seeks to stimulate nonpartisan civic and political discourse. We organize conferences, lectures, and seminars. The Rural Life Center at Kenyon promotes education, scholarship, and public projects about Knox County, Ohio. In active partnership with the surrounding community, we seek to ensure the vitality of rural life in a changing society. Because most students and faculty come from a metropolitan background, meaningful engagement with the local rural community provides an important diversity experience. many of the Rural Life Center's initiatives directly address the significant diversity that exists within this rural community.
The mission of the Snowden Multicultural Center is to educate the Kenyon community about diverse cultures through student-focused programs and to increase understanding and respect for people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Crossroads is a group of Kenyon faculty and administrators who share an interest in the issues of African and African Diaspora Studies. Primarily, the goal of the group is to meet and share ideas and knowledge relevant to African and African Diaspora Studies as a means of enhancing the members’ expertise as teachers, researchers, and administrators.
In addition, the group seeks to advance African and African Diaspora Studies as an intellectual enterprise, to enhance the profile of African and African Diaspora Studies on the Kenyon campus, and to create a community of faculty and students who share an interest in this field. The activities of Crossroads will benefit both its members and the wider community, particularly Kenyon College.
